S&P Cuts Ireland's Rating To AAStandard and Poors cut Ireland's sovereign credit rating for the second time in 3 months and warned it could fall further because of concern about the soaring cost of bailing out the country's banking sector. Ireland is now rated "AA" with a negative outlook.

Credit Card Delinquency Rate Jumps 11%Credit card delinquency rates for bank issued credit cards rose 11 percent in the first quarter of the year. The delinquency rate jumped to 1.32 percent this year up from 1.19 percent last year. The average total debt on bank cards rose to $5,776 form $5,548 last year.

Oil Futures Erase Losses To Trade Slightly HigherOil futures reversed early losses to trade slightly higher, as U.S. stocks pared some of their opening losses. Crude for July delivery gained 8 cents to $68.51 a barrel. Earlier it traded as low as $66.78 a barrel.
